Ivey B. Franklin graduated from Young Harris College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Policy in 2016. Franklin then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2019. She was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2019. While at the Charleston School of Law, Franklin was a member of the Resolved Law Review and the Trial Advocacy Board where she was awarded Best Overall Advocate at the Palmetto State Classic.
Franklin’s commitment and interests in legal research and writing and trial advocacy empower her to zealously pursue justice for deserving individuals. She has a passion for bringing justice to victims who have suffered harm as a result of the carelessness of others. Her practice in personal injury is primarily focused on premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and dog bite cases.
In her spare time, Franklin enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with her black lab, cooking, traveling, and reading suspense thrillers.
