Casey M. Jacaruso

Casey Jacaruso is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology in 2008 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was Phi Alpha Delta. She earned a Juris Doctor in 2014 from the Charleston School of Law, where she was president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, president of the Military Law Society and a contributing editor of the Law Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2014.

Casey began her practice in Charleston, South Carolina where she handled general civil litigation, criminal defense and domestic relations matters. Since then, she has focused her practice on motor vehicle collisions, specifically those involving motorcycles. She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice. When she’s not at the office, you can find Casey enjoying the beautiful hikes and waterfalls of the Upstate, camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling around with her yellow lab. She often travels to her hometown of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina to visit her family.
