BRITTANY MCPHILLIPS Brittany McPhillips received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the College of Charleston in 2010, where she was a member of numerous civic groups and honor societies. Mrs. McPhillips then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. While at the Charleston School of Law, Mrs. McPhillips was an active member of Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity and volunteered as a certified juvenile arbitrator. She was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 2014, Texas in 2016, and South Carolina in 2017. Mrs. McPhillips honed her advocacy skills during her time practicing primarily Family and Criminal law. She also worked extensively on Real Estate closings, Wills, and Probate matters, before shifting her focus to Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation that she continues to practice today. In her spare time, Mrs. McPhillips is an avid fitness enthusiast who also enjoys reading and fostering dogs.
